"Alibaba aur 40 Chor" is a Hindi film adaptation of the classic "Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves" from One Thousand and One Nights (Arabian Nights) . Directed by Bhappi Sonie, the 1980 film follows Alibaba, a poor woodcutter (Dharmendra), who stumbles upon the thieves' lair and uses their secret password, "Open Sesame," to access their treasure.
