Bangladeshi Young Couple Hidden Cam Scandal- File

According to a report by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), over 500 cases of hidden cam scandals were reported in 2020 alone. The actual number of incidents is likely much higher, as many cases go unreported due to social stigma and fear of reprisal. A survey conducted by a local NGO found that 1 in 5 young adults in Bangladesh have experienced some form of online harassment, including hidden cam scandals.
