The results suggest that organizations should consider providing resources and support for employees' spouses, such as employee assistance programs (EAPs) and family-friendly policies. Additionally, individuals can take steps to cultivate a supportive spouse, such as communicating openly and honestly with their partner and seeking support when needed.
