The game takes place in the year 1800, 15 years after the events of Order of Ecclesia. The story follows a young man named Jonathan, who is on a quest to avenge his father's death at the hands of Dracula. Along the way, he meets up with other characters, including a mysterious woman named Charlotte and a former pirate named Captain Obey.
