The film stars Tom Holland as Todd Hewitt, Daisy Ridley as Luna, and Mark Strong. It's set in a world where everyone can hear each other's thoughts, a condition known as "The Noise". The story follows Todd, a young man who begins to question the society's norms and values after meeting Luna, a mysterious girl who does not suffer from "The Noise".
