For the uninitiated, the Child WooHoo mod allows children in Sims 4 to, well, get a little romantic. This mod is not for the faint of heart, as it enables pre-teen Sims (ages 9-12) to engage in WooHoo activities, which is a Sims 4 way of saying "get intimate."
