Enemy Public follows the story of Robert Dean (Will Patton), a wrongly convicted man who escapes from prison and crosses paths with U.S. Marshal Samuel Gerol (Gene Hackman). The two form an unlikely alliance as they go on the run from a relentless cop (Forest Whitaker) who's determined to capture them at any cost. The movie's taut direction, coupled with impressive performances from its leads, makes for an electrifying ride.
