The plot of Double Dhamaal revolves around the characters from the first film, who embark on a new adventure to find a treasure. The story begins with Malhar (Ajay Devgn), a treasure hunter, who is on a mission to find a valuable treasure. He is joined by his friends, Govinda (Tusshar Kapoor), Chatur (Shreyas Talpade), and Dhumal (Arshad Warsi). Along the way, they are pursued by a rival treasure hunter, Aankhen (John Abraham).
