However, the website's restrictions on downloading content limit users' ability to access these resources offline. This paper presents an exclusive approach to developing a Liceunet downloader, enabling users to download and save their desired educational materials for offline access. Our proposed solution utilizes a combination of web scraping, parsing, and multi-threading techniques to efficiently download content while ensuring a user-friendly interface.
