The second season of Ozark consists of 10 episodes, which pick up where the first season left off. The story revolves around Martin "Marty" Byrde (played by Jason Bateman), a financial advisor who becomes embroiled in a money laundering scheme for a Mexican cartel. Marty, along with his wife Wendy (played by Laura Linney) and their two children, Charlotte (played by Sofia Hublot) and Jonah (played by Skylar Gaertner), are forced to relocate to the Ozarks to avoid danger.
