The film tells the story of Harjeet Singh (played by Ranbir Kapoor), a young and enthusiastic salesman who joins a low-ranked insurance company, B.R. Chopra Insurance. Harjeet is determined to become the top salesman of the company and earn a spot on the company's annual "Topper's Club" list.
